Haven't received your purchase or password?

Don't worry! No, you haven't been ripped off. 

Issue #1

Check your email junk mail and/or spam folder. 

You'll be sent a confirmation email (actually 2-3 different emails) with a link to access your purchase to the email you used in your order. Sometimes it goes into your junk folder.

Look for an email from Lyra Media with a single blue link in it - that is the link to access your product (please read ALL instructions carefully). 

Issue #2

If you're new to ordering online it can be easy to make a mistake somewhere in the ordering process. (You may have clicked 'Back,' closed a window or not clicked the 'Return To Merchant' button to confirm order - all honest mistakes)

First, double check the emails you received - You'll likely receive 2-3 emails 5 minutes after purchase to the email you entered in the shopping cart. 

Look for an email from Lyra Media with a single blue link in it - that is the link to access your product (please read ALL instructions carefully).

Issue #3

Delayed - The instant ordering system is waiting for a response from your credit card company - sometimes they are slow in responding.

Link is expired?

The link in the email with access to your product is TEMPORARY and will expire in 24hrs to prevent theft or abuse. 

You will likely want to revist the videos, audios and reports.

I suggest you do ONE of the following...

- You write down the address of the final product access page, members area or download page

- Write an email to yourself and include the link to the final product access page, members area or download page 

- Bookmark the final product access page, members area or download page

You will NOT be able to use the link that was sent to you in the confirmation email after 24hrs.

Can you send me a DVD in the mail?

The videos and bonuses are currently ONLY available to watch online as stated on the website.

Why only online?

1) To keep costs low and affordable for you.

The cost of producing a DVD in North America and UK and European formats,

Video viewing issues?

The performance of the video will depend on the speed of YOUR internet connection.

These are streaming, online videos. This means they download at the
SAME TIME as you're watching them.


SLOW - If your internet connection is a bit slow (depends on time of day, # of people in your area using it, dial-up connections) the video will appear to stop and start.

You're experience this choppiness because the video is 'streaming' slower than you're watching it. 

Solution #1: Click 'play' wait a couple of seconds then 'pause' - The video will begin loading (grey horizontal line starts moving right). 

Start reading the insightful written instructions I slaved over. 

Once the grey horizontal slider is 1 inch to 2 inces long (30 seconds to 2 min) click 'play' and the video should be smoother

Solution #2: Update your web browser. 

You may have an old, outdated internet browser. 

It's easy...Go to the grey menu bar at the top of your internet browser > click 'help' > 'update' > restart your computer. 

This will ensure you have the latest technology to play online video. 

Solution #3: Update your Flash video player. If you have an old version any internet videos will be hard for you.

Solution #4 High viewership

It could be that you're using the internet at one of those peak times when everyone else is too - the entire internet is slower at those times. 

Try reading the written instruction at those peak times and viewing the videos a bit earlier in the day or later in the evening.
